Deposit Policy...
All deposits are NON-REFUNABLE but are TRANSFERABLE as I understand things come up.
If you fail to attend an appointment without letting me know in advance your deposit will be LOST.
If for any reason I need to cancel an appointment I will offer you either another appointment that best suits you or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy...
If possible please move or transfer your appointment within 24 hours.

However as I understand things suddenly come up & emergencies happen, you can move your appointment ONCE, transferring your deposit over to that appointment.

If after this you cancel the rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice your deposit will be LOST and I will also ask for full payment of the rescheduled appointment before booking you back in.

If you fail to make an appointment without letting me know in advance I will ask for full payment of the appointment before booking you back in.
If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments or repeatedly move/cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice, this will affect future bookings and you may not be able to make another appointment with me in the future.
